About the Role
As General Manager, you will report directly to the Board of Directors and the Managing Director based in London. You will be responsible for the successful roll-out of Indigo FX in Dubai and will be the senior executive responsible for the Representative Office on a daily basis. Your core responsibilities:
- Business Development: responsible for establishing Indigo’s profile and presence in Dubai and the GCC
- Recruitment & Management: help build a highly effective team to work around you and grow the business
- Revenue Production: leverage your existing client-base to drive Indigo’s GCC reputation and revenue
- Networking: proactively source new leads and contacts for the company
- Referral Management: manage the affiliate programme in the GCC region
Your Package
You will receive a competitive basic package, a strong formulaic performance bonus and, dependent on meeting core objectives, equity in the GCC business. Additionally, you will receive ad-hoc bonuses when your staff meet their targets and from the affiliate programme that you manage.
